2025 Exhibitor registration is open!

Are you considering exhibiting or advertising with TMTA?  This is a great opportunity to meet and introduce your company to music teachers from throughout the state of Texas, as well as hundreds of students and their family members. Sign up early to ensure you will be able to showcase your products and services.

General Information

  • Exhibits will be located in the lower level Marketplace in the downtown Houston Hyatt Regency.  
  • Exhibitor move-in is on Thursday, June 12 from 9 am - 5 pm. 
  • Exhibits are open on Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14 from 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday, June 15 from 9 am to 2 pm.
  • Move-out is at 2 pm Sunday, June 15.
  • No children under the age of 13 are allowed in the Exhibit Hall during set-up or tear-down.
  • General lighting will be provided.  Other electricity is at the exhibitor’s expense.
  • One wifi connection will be provided to each company exhibiting.  (College/University/Professional Organization tabletops excluded.)  TMTA is not responsible for the speed of the connection.
  • All booths will be assigned on a first-contracted, first-paid basis. Payment must be made in its entirety before booth space will be assigned. 
  • Agreement to follow the TMTA Exhibit Rules and Regulations is required for all exhibitors.

 

Incentive Package $695  (Total value of all items purchased separately is $1,009.)  Deadline: January 15

  • One standard booth (details below)
  • Quarter-page ads in the Spring 2025 and Fall 2025 TMT digital magazine and the 2025 Conference Program Book 
  • Link to your company website on the “Sponsors” page of the TMTA website upon receipt of payment until January 1, 2026
  • TMTA membership mailing list with mailing and email addresses (Excel format) 
  • Business listing and weblink in 2025-2026 TMTA Handbook 
  • Limit of one Incentive Package per company.  
  • Incentive packages purchased between January 15 and April 1 will NOT include the Spring advertisement.

 

Standard Booths $350  Deadline: April 1

  • One 10’x10’ booth, fully draped with two chairs, a 6' table, a wastebasket, and a standard identification sign
  • Two badges (additional badges are $25)

 

Small Business Tabletops $200  Deadline: April 1

  • One 7’x5’ booth, fully draped with two chairs, a 6' table, a wastebasket, and a standard identification sign
  • Two badges (additional badges are $25)

 

College/University/Professional Organization Tabletops $100  Deadline: April 1

  • One 7’x5’ booth, fully draped with two chairs, a 6' table, a wastebasket, and a standard identification sign
  • No badges are included.  Badges my be purchased for $25.
  • Monetary transactions may not occur at these tabletops.

 

Showcase $250 (exhibitors) and $750 (non-exhibitors)  Deadline: April 1

Businesses may present a Showcase that introduces products or materials to the TMTA Conference attendees. Limit of one Showcase per contracted exhibit booth to receive the exhibitor price. Businesses will get a session room with a grand piano, LCD projector and screen, lapel microphone, and audio for a one hour timeslot.  Showcase times are assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis, and slots are limited.  

 

Composers' Corner Recital $75 (exhibitors) and $250 (non-exhibitors)  Deadline: April 1

Composers/publishers may present an informal recital that introduces new pedagogical repertoire to the TMTA Conference attendees. These casual recitals will be held in the exhibit hall and will last 30 minutes, allowing attendees to be exposed to newly published music in a come-and-go setting. Recital times are assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis.  There is no limit to how many slots a composer/publisher may purchase (subject to availability).  TMTA will provide an acoustic piano, a small seating area with additional room for standing, and a poster with the Composer's Corner schedule, to include the composer/publisher name and a QR code to their website.
